How a Repair Works
From the first call to pickup – this is how a repair works at Handy Service in Graz. Short, transparent and without surprises.

Contact & request
Call us or come straight to Reitschulgasse 1 or 15. Describe the problem – on the phone or at the counter – and bring your device along.

Diagnosis & price
We check the device and tell you what is broken and what the repair costs. You get the price in advance – we only repair after your OK.
- 03
Repair
Most repairs are completed within 30–60 minutes. Complex repairs might take up to 24 hours.
- 04
Pickup & warranty
You collect your repaired device – all our repairs come with a 6-month warranty on parts and labor. Keep your repair receipt.
